In Japan, it is currently very popular to pack bags in fashion magazines. As an extra, so to speak. Special is the fact that they are large, very expensive designer labels. So you buy a magazine for 5 to 8 € and gets a very simple but very designer handbag for free. I find not bad. ^ ^

I think overall Japan is similar to expensive, such as Germany, at least as large German cities. Eating in the restaurant and the supermarket is relatively cheap, especially because drinks cheaper. Magazines, books and clothing is about the same price. But are DVDs (from 30 € per new!), CDs and fruit (an apple like 1.50, from 2.50 a peach, 1 / 4 watermelon from 3 € ...) very expensive. Especially this is the fruit more than annoying, but bananas are almost cheaper than here.
difficulty here is that were abolished completely for abuse of prepaid phones. This means that as a tourist either be expensive to rent a mobile phone or for hell conditions (so 3 € per minute !!!!!) with their own 3G (ie latest generation of mobile phones), phone home ... or you know a Japanese citizen who makes a contract for, for you pay once 30 €, but for the immediate 100 € and to terminate or monthly costs and costs for calls of about 1 € per minute. It was a very very very very bad and stupid idea to create prepaid ... could have been the people who simply buy prepaid only need to register, yet there are no more buyers anonymously. Everywhere else it works so well.
